MMMM Cake!

So Brad's Great Grandmother is turning 86 on Wednesday. Today we went to a little birthday party for her and like always I was excited about the cake. Little did I know that there were going to be 3 cakes. I guess when you turn 86 you can have whatever you want. I was to full from all the snacks at the party so I brought home some cake. I could not decide which one so I brought home some of each. Here is a picture I took of my plate of cake. Yes that is my fork in the picture and no I did not eat all of the cake. I just had a little taste of each. I decided to save some for Brad and for myself tomorrow!

My Child, the Life of the Party

So last weekend we went to the beach for the holiday weekend. For lunch one day we went to a local German Pub who was having an Oktoberfest Celebration. They had a German bank, lots of beer and really yummy food. Hudson loved it here. He thought the band was a hoot. He clapped and danced in his seat. He sang (or screamed along to the music). He really liked that he could be loud and nobody cared. Other people at the pub were telling us how cute he was, so he was definitely the life of the party. I wonder where he got this from?
